Employee Referral Bonus:

V2Soft is constantly in search of talented professionals to join our team and we find that referrals from our own employees have the greatest success stories.

V2Soft rewards our Employees for the following types of referrals:

New Business:

Projects (Fixed Price or Statement of Work), a percentage of the profits will be paid once the project is complete and invoices have been collected
Contract Service Leads, before they are broadcast to vendors, $500 after 90 days
Permanent Openings for direct hire placement ($500 after 90 days)
New Client leads which result in new business

Candidate Referral:

If we hire or place your referral, you will receive $500 after 90 days of service and an additional $500 after 180 days of service.
